Family Therapy: For families (step-families, blended families, two parent households, single parents, multi-generational families) that want to improve communication within the family system and explore solutions and coping skills to utilize within the family system.

Child/Adolescent Therapy: For children and adolescents (2 years and above) who need a neutral place to talk and discuss issues such as depression, separation anxiety, school anxiety, ADHD, adjustment to a new sibling in the home, adjustment to divorce, and other severe behavior issues. This modality will incorporate play therapy and talk therapy to best meet the needs of the child.

Teen Depression Support Group: For teens ages 14 to 17 years old that are struggling with depression and that want to be a group environment with their peers. Teens will learn coping skills and triggers to depression, and connect with other peers. Groups are 6 weeks in length.

Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): The goal of TF-CBT is to help address the biopsychosocial needs of children with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or other problems related to traumatic life experiences, and their parents or primary caregivers. TF-CBT is a model of psychotherapy that combines trauma-sensitive interventions with cognitive behavioral therapy. Children and parents are provided knowledge and skills related to processing the trauma; managing distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; and enhancing safety, parenting skills, and family communication. TF-CBT lasts from 12 to 16 sessions.
